Snacks and refreshments at the coffee shop were a delightful treat, while the roof-top pool and gym made me feel guilty for not using them. I even got a shuttle from the airport. fancy!
Such a shame the staff didn't personally escort me to the coffee shop and force me to swim and exercise. The disappointment was unbearable.

Stayed for 6 nights. Cheap, clean rooms, acceptable breakfast buffet, good wifi, hotel parking lots free of charge (two near entrance and many in basement), no construction noise (area already developed, not like many of the other new areas), no problems with A/C, TV channels suit arab and indian/asian visitors, they have budget meals they call (Combo Meals) 15 DHs a combo, hotel staff was very very friendly and helpful all around hotel. sorry if i forgot something but I'm trying my best to put any details that could help choosing this hotel.
Some small ones, Struggled a little bit to get a room with king size bed, and not the joined double bed (it appeared later it was a queen size, smaller than a king but acceptable), had to call reception some days for room housekeeping, bellboy wasn't the quick-witted (had to chain and unchain the parking myself most of the time), housekeeping mistook our towels with hotels and took them to laundry (though hotel's got a unique pattern on them), no complementary water (upon check-in only), safe-box was broken, not many TV channels (couple English speaking channels)...

The room was huge and had a hot shower with a bathtub, which was mind-blowing! The hotel was in a nice area with lots of cheap Indian restaurants, super convenient. We could easily walk to the Creek and the souk, jaw-dropping views! The morning staff were incredibly friendly and the hotel was only 5 minutes from the metro station, super convenient! The free wifi was excellent and the food, though only Indian cuisine, was tasty. Even though I didn't use the swimming pool or other facilities, I'm sure they were great too. a fantastic stay with a perfect location and great amenities.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in several ways. First of all, the value for money is outstanding. With affordable prices, this hotel offers great value considering the basic amenities provided. The hotel staff was also very attentive and detail-oriented, ensuring that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Moreover, the location of this hotel between two metro stations made it extremely convenient to explore the city easily and visit various tourist attractions. Lastly, the rooms were well-maintained and featured excellent soft beds, along with complimentary toiletries and separate bedrooms. The free and reliable wifi was an added bonus, making it convenient to stay connected during our stay.
All aspects of this hotel were satisfactory, with no major areas for improvement.

We loved the hotel's perfect location - right in the centre and only a short walk from the Burjuman shopping centre and the Metro station. The hotel facilities and cleanliness were amazing, and we were pleased with the availability of parking and transportation options. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful, making our stay even better.
Everything was fantastic.

The location and the price ... room is nice as well
The car parking area under the building is so small and tight as every place in dubai grrrr ... but the worst thing is every time you go out of parking and you come back then you should stop front of the gate and go donw of your car to enter the reception and ask them to open the gate for you so as much you press the horn then no answer ..... plus I feel like the service is so so slow as I order a water for my room and it took then like 40 min and 3 calls to bring it to me ....

Value for Money Hotel. Nice and Comfortable Hotel. Ambience was also good. Location is excellent on Khalid Bin Waleed Road from where you can go to Burjuman, Bur Dubai and also cross Abra for Deira Dubai.

The room was reasonably sized and the bed was comfortable enough for a decent sleep. the location of the hotel was convenient for getting around the city, with good public transport links nearby. the staff were friendly and welcoming upon arrival.
The overall cleanliness of the hotel left a lot to be desired. the carpets were stained, the towels were old and worn, and the room had a strange odour.
